Talisman Energy Named One of Canada's Best Corporate Citizens

CALGARY, ALBERTA--(Marketwire - June 23, 2009) - Talisman Energy Inc. (TSX:TLM) (NYSE:TLM) has been named one of Canada's 50 best corporate citizens by Corporate Knights magazine.

Corporate Knights is Canadian-based media company focused on corporate responsibility. Each year the publication conducts a comprehensive evaluation of Canadian companies' commitment to sustainable business. This year, Talisman Energy is ranked 36th, up from 55th the year prior.
