("PSP") (TSX VENTURE:PSP), a leader in the field of protective body armour and soldier systems equipment announces the following organizational changes: Mr. Jacques Bonaventure assumes the position of Vice President Sales and Marketing for PSP, responsible for Corporate marketing, Government Relations and the Canadian Sales organization. Mr. John Allen has resigned his position as Vice President Operations and President of APS Distributors. Mr. Allen will remain with PSP through September 2008 to continue to assist with integrating APS and PSP support activities. The Company expects to name a Vice President of Operations in the near future. In the interim the Operations organization will report to David Scott, PSP Chief Executive Officer.
