(TSX VENTURE:PSP) ("PSP" or "the Company") announced today that Cynthia Mooney has resigned as President of Sentry Armor Systems Inc., the Company's U.S. subsidiary. "Cynthia has played a key role in the start up of Sentry Armor and developing our Sales initiative in the United States. We wish her well in her future pursuits," said David Scott, CEO and Chairman of PSP. Jim Juntilla, a Director of Pacific Safety Products, will assume the role of President of Sentry Armor on an interim basis while current strategic initiatives are completed. Mr. Juntilla is a retired executive of General Dynamics where he held executive positions in the U.S. and England. He has over 35 year's of management experience and was President of Information Systems of General Dynamics when he retired in 2001.
